Anchorage used car dealership pays thousands in restitution for shady selling tactics

An Anchorage employed auto dealership will fork out 1000’s of bucks in restitution just after allegedly partaking in unlawful promoting ways, according to the state Division of Regulation. 

The condition obtained problems that Anchorage Vehicle Mart had offered motor vehicles without the need of disclosing that they lacked valid titles or had reconstructed titles, said Alaska Assistant Legal professional Normal John Haley. Haley said the Section of Regulation commenced investigating the dealership at the finish of 2018, and filed a lawsuit in September 2020.
